1 Session

(90 minutes)

One single consultation package. You're curious to try EFT and find out what it's all about. You'll get to work on one issue. Typically, a single session is useful for dealing with a phobia (such as claustrophobia, spiders, speaking in front of an audience, etc.)

2 Sessions

(2 X 90 minutes each)

2-session package over a period of 2-3 weeks. Includes: an initial 30-minute assessment and 2 consultations of

90 mins. with homework, supported with contact by email or messenger. Notes will be supplied for the 'homework' in between consultations.

3 Sessions

(3 X 90 minutes each)

3-session package over a period of 4-6 weeks. Includes: an initial 30-minute assessment and 3 consultations of 90 mins. with homework, supported with contact by email or messenger. Notes will be supplied for the 'homework' in between consultations.
